Minimum Academic Requirements for Intake
To qualify for admission into the National Diploma in Medical Records program, applicants must fulfill the following minimum academic criteria:

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with passes in at least 5 subjects including English Language and Biology or any other relevant science subject

A minimum pass in English Language is required

Candidates with a National Certificate in Medical Records or related health disciplines may be eligible for advanced standing or direct entry

Mature applicants with relevant work experience and a pass in English Language may be considered following an interview or entrance exam
