Minimum Academic Requirements for Intake
To qualify for admission into the National Certificate in Public Administration and Management, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least five passes, including English Language.

Equivalent qualifications as approved by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB).

Mature Age Entry: Candidates aged 25 years and above who pass the mature age entry exams are also eligible for admission.
