The National Diploma in Animal Production and Management at Uganda Christian Institute for Professional Development (UCIPD) is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in animal husbandry, livestock management, and sustainable animal production systems. This program prepares graduates for careers in livestock farming, veterinary support services, agricultural consultancy, and other related fields.

Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
To be considered for admission into the National Diploma in Animal Production and Management program at UCIPD, applicants must meet the following minimum academic criteria:

Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE): Passes in at least two (2) relevant subjects, including Biology, Agriculture, or related science subjects.

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE): Passes in at least five (5) subjects including English Language, Mathematics, and a science subject.

Equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions or countries may also be considered, subject to verification.

Mature applicants aged 25 years and above with relevant work experience may apply through the mature entry scheme.
