The National Certificate in Secretarial Studies and Office Management is a 2-year program fully accredited by the Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB). It offers in-depth training in:

Minimum Academic Requirements for Intake

To be eligible for the National Certificate in Secretarial Studies and Office Management, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least five (5) passes, including English Language

  • Must be at least 16 years old at the time of admission

  • Applicants should demonstrate interest in office work, communication, and organization


Intake Periods

Intakes are conducted twice a year:

  • January/February Intake

  • August/September Intake
